- Lawnboy 10641 push lawnmower converted to RC with actuated trimmer/edger. This was a first time run test video, but I will be making a fully detailed video with pics and parts used for those of you who want to learn.
Great rc build. Very innovative. Nice addition of trimmer. This build uses a combination of every rc lawnmower build ive ever seen on YT, plus, some ideas that are unique to your build and not seen before, until now. Thank you for sharing this. It is inspiring and hope you do a recent thoughts or updates/upgrades, etc. follow up soon. Im looking forward to it!

Do you have the specs on those enclosures? I have been looking for something that size...
After building one myself, the implications bring other possibilities. Is there someonething one can build that will trim grave markers? The job seems too tedious for humans and if it can be done quicker then there is less likely of getting behind in work. Either a human rides and operates controls, or a autonomous Robot views and does the work.
What drive motor controller did you use?
How did you get it to start with the switch? Did you use a starter motor with a relay and fly wheel or something else?
The mower originally had a key start, so I just swapped it with better quality key switch and momentary toggle switch. Thanks for viewing!

I used the original starter and added an RC switch that plugs into the receiver and energizes a solid state relay.

Your electronics setups are good but u needs to work on the frame and wheels. The key also defeated the purpose of remote start. The edger is useless because the mower bouncing around on flat dry ground, imagine if there’s a wet slope. I went through 3 frames models
If u drive it like that gunN take you longer.. maybe hope on a zero turn and figure out how to turn
