I must admit that the actor playing Deok-su does his work quite well. He has the stare, physiche, body language and acting to perform as an evil ganster quite well.
I know, his acting gets underrated because of the type of role (character everyone hates) he's playing and buried under other performances lauded by the media, glad others recognize his incredible acting as well-
