They don't have luxury of 5 days a week,work from home , insurance coverage, health insurance, conveyance facilities,free cafeteria, free purified drinking water, AC and good office environment to make you comfortable, free team outings , free lunch , concession food , annual salary hike ,paying salary Even if they don't give enough work, paying salary by keeping them in bench, free learning opportunities,Moon lighting for extra income, reimbursement of fees for the study they do if they relating to them.Even they lay off they wil pay 2 to 3 months salary.

DLF 1, I used to eat here when I was in Kolkata. Had a quarrel with him when he accused me of giving 50 rupees not when I gave 200. I had to pay twice. (Though it was the fault of one of his workers who had left since.)
I have always found the food from mud dukkhans in rourkela, tatanagar ,haldia to be fresh ,tasty , economical and of course the street side food of Kolkata be it even my native Tamil cuisine to be tasting similar to original!!@!

This is the reason India has become the diabetic capital in the world . Most of the IT people non such big cities eat such unhealthy food and get BP, diabetes, heart issues and later blame stress and wok. The issue is this kind of food

Diabetes is high due to our high carbohydrate - low protein diets in India. Though consumption of very oily foods can certainly lead to hypertension, it is misleading to say that the food shown in this video leads to diabetes. And also high stress - sedentary lifestyle is always a negative factor for health irrespective of your food whether you like it or not.

Taking profit margin at 10%
Profit = 100000 ( yeh minimum hai )
And yes customer will increase…. And if he can put some more stall in that area … it will be a monopoly business
Food looks delicious. But to consume this amount of oil and spices everyday is not very healthy option for anyone. Would love to see them serve more of home based cooking style especially for the working bachelor's. 🙂

Can you please post Dharamtola's "Mughlai Poratha" shops.? In the 1960's there was a Chinese Restaurant (Chung Wah) on Chittaranjan avenue. It was very famous for its Prawn Cutlet, Mutton Cutlet and Fried Rice. Chinese were also famous for their Leather Shoes.
Chung Wah is still there, near Chadni Chowk Metro Stn and on the main road....This is in fact, the 1st Chinese Restaurant in the entire Indian Sub-Continent, established in 1911 Sir. It is actually famous for their Mixed Chowmein Gravy, Mutton Cutlets [Chinese Style ofc], Golden Fried Prawns and Fried Roast Pork Chilly to name a few....

Metanil Yellow is a dangerous toxic chemical as it is lead-based, and it accumulates in the kidney and heart. There is an increase in kidney troubles and in heart disease incidences in Kolkata and a heightened risk of cancer.
The luscious colour of your favourite kamalabhog (a sweet in West Bengal) could be all due to Metanil Yellow dye which is a non-permissible toxic colourant. The dazzling white of rabri at your pet mithai shop is prepared from Ultramarine Blue. The milk your child drinks is a combination of Urea, Liquid detergent, Sugar, Vegetable Oil and Water.
Machinations by unscrupulous traders, who add baser substances and/or remove vital elements from food products to inflate profit margins, means we may be ingesting dangerous dyes, sawdust, soapstone, industrial starch, aluminium foil and- believe it or not - even horse dung with our food at times.
