i agree however the bomb actually costs $499.99 so unless you are a youtuber or something like them it isnt very easy to get
the bomb is perfect for adding stress and urgency to a game that's usually played slowly and carefully. I love this new addition, and this needs to be a regular series.
100% agree - we've tried playing TTT in our own airsoft skirmishes and felt we needed some goal to work towards. The way Node used the Boom Box is definitely cool and we look forward to other uses of the prop.

I think it is fine to be able to move it, as it adds a tactical element to both the Traitors and Innocents, of trading time for a safer position, because they need to take even a few seconds to move to a new position, and the Traitor being able to carry it to a new location makes the innocents have to hunt the traitors.
You're spot on! We do have a motion sensor built in and the sensitivity can be adjusted to allow for some or very little movement.

The Boom Box really made the game so much more intense not only for you guys, but also when watching!
Absolutely love the idea and i think it adds a huge new and amazing dynamic to the game.
Shoutout to the creators at Hobby Forge, that thing is awesome and probably at least worth thinking about for some Airsoft groups/fields
Thank you and we are totally on the same page. The Boom Box was designed for groups/fields to add new ways to play and definitely agree that it's intense. Just hearing the beeping from the other side of the field really gets the adrenaline going.
I love the buzz you guys get from this it's funny watching your reactions under pressure.
Make this a regular series please. Also bring back Nerf mansion and LARP Dark Souls.
Duff they film a lot of these videos in bulk, so they might have done a ton of TTT videos already
Also, the mansion videos are from a trip they do once a year, so there's a limit to how often they can do that.

Good mode. excellent prop. Trust bus not great. To simplify it, just have a non-player who knows everyone's roles to turn on a red or green light after ten seconds, once the three players have entered. Card shuffling adds a completely unneeded extra element.

Interesting idea. Would need someone to man the trust bus the entire time and not forget a single person's identity.
Better for them to give the cards to a person(camera crew) who would look at all the cards and they turn on the light without revealing identities. Still need someone to be there. Not many camera crew available all the time.
How would you suggest doing it without a person?
@@camdenyu1302 Without a person? no idea. You'd need a person to do it. Just any random member of the team that isn't playing, or even just the camera crew that goes into the bus with them. No-one shuffles cards. Just have the camera guy/girl have a quick glance at their phone where they have all the roles listed, and they hit either a red or green light, obviously depending on who's in the bus, after X number of seconds. Still simpler and less convoluted than having the players mess around with their cards when they should be able to remain focused on the game instead. Surely?
@@Eturian I may be wrong but, I only saw like 1-2 camera people with them. What happens when people want to go to the bus and there isn't a cameraman with them? What about games with larger groups and not enough camera people?
@@camdenyu1302 Dunno. Might be complicated then? I'm just assuming that they're accompanied by a camera person each time the bus is used.
Eturian RFID cards and a reader would probably be the most neutral, if probably expensive. Then it can all be automated so players just scan their cards upon entering the bus, and a laptop or something figures it out.
I have been getting more and more of my friends to play airsoft and definitely want to get this bomb one day! Makes TTT look that much more intense. Love the vid, love the crew, and love the continuous content. Node does it best!

I love ALL the live action games like this, it's why I subscribed, especially the house ones.
It’s basically TTT but everyone except the sheriff has to find gun parts like a magizine green gas or co2 and maybe a flashlight or scope or a bigger gun I call it scavenger TTT
Airsoft game idea:
This is gonna be a spinoff of TTT
You start the game with an even number of traitors and innocents. (If there's an odd amount of players then the odd man will be the detective)
Add pairs of face cards with opposite colors into the deck. (i.e. one red and one black King, one red and one black black queen, so on and so forth)
Once the pairs of cards are shuffled and distributed to the players, the detective (if present) will announce themself and have all players form a circle with their hands out and eyes closed.
Then instead of announcing "traitors raise your heads and identify each other." the announcer calls for pairs of cards to raise their head and thumbs to identify each other. (" i.e. Aces, raise you head and thumbs and identify each other.")
Once all the card pairs have identified each other then the traitors will be asked to identify one another just like in a normal game of TTT.
Players will then disperse from the circle and have a 30 second grace period to scatter around the map and prevent a slaughterfest from occurring from within the first 10 seconds of the game.
The goal of this is that each innocent knows the identity of one traitor yet are unsure who else is an innocent/traitor. Hopefully this will add another layer of chaos to the game as the pairs are shouting at each other saying "he's the traitor" kinda like those stereotypical movies where two identical copies are next to each other and the protagonist has to decide which one is the evil clone and shoot them.
I'd suggest playing without add-ones like the trust bus or bomb for the first few games to get a feel for it and tweak the rules as you go along to improve gameplay

Lol - for safety's sake, we try to always call it a prop, device or just a "Boom Box". Like with airsoft replica's, we as players need to be responsible and safe.

At the start of the game, the person to whom the bomb box will be delivered should not be selected so easily. I believe it is an important step that determines the fate of the game.
Probably the better solution can be found later but the first thing that came to my mind was “drawing straws” to choose who is going to have the bomb box. The one who picks the short one, will have the box with him. Easy
