Serious question. The Lux you played against was pretty much wasting her e on trying to hit you with an edge of it. Normal Lux players will use their e during your attack animation with the center of this e's circle. What to do then?

Stay far back from lux so her E can't reach you

Inside E range sounds a bit more ambiguous what to do, but if I understood it correctly, you normally play outside Lux E range or at the edge so you can easily step out. Playing inside the range seems most appropriate when Lux E is on cooldown and you think you can punish

as far as i understood that, if youre playing in the range of her e just stay in the range, try to sidestep etc. and dodge it. if you dont want that she can hit a free e since her skills outrange ahri

If you are close to her, then walk toward her and also don't forget to sidestep her Q is what he means for Inside E range. If you are far from her then walk back to dodge her E or to the side.
