That first container yard on Mitchell Island is for emptys. I'd pick up the can down at Vanterm, unload at the destination, then return the empty to Mitchell Island. The other empty container yard is Cratex which is near the perimeter highway and 80ave.
Yes, it’s simply called a “king pin lock.” I also pad lock my toolbox’s and if the tarps are not in use, I throw a chain over those with a pad lock on that. (I learned the tarp trick the hard way).
