- Here's Oikawa's emotions split because so many of you have been asking me to do a second one with a different character. It also happened to be IwaOi week so I guess it also goes for IwaOi week day 10: free day. I hope you guys enjoy!
And yes this video was inspired by the Raven emotion split from Teen Titans, but the series also draws inspiration from Sanders Sides and Inside Out.

Ive been thinking about this video for the past hour and would low key love to see a Kenma split and I started thinking. Sooooooo, basically Kuroo already started teasing kenma about the whole split thing because kenma has always been more cold to Kuroo than Kuroo would like and he wants to see kenma’s love jump into his arms. Eventually (bokuto, kuroo, kenma, Akaashi, and the crystal thing are all at bokuto’s house) kuroo started actually arguing about it with bokuto and akaashi. While the three of them were arguing, only akaashi notices kenma take the diamond/crystal thing himself and leave bokuto’s house. Akaashi follows kenma and watches kenma touch the crystal and split himself. Akaashi returns with a few kenmas: sloth, rudeness, some emotion to demonstrate kenma’s loyalty or determination, and knowledge. However, Akaashi says he’s missing 4 other emotions. Kuroo, bokuto, akaashi and some others go look for the other emotions. They find passion (an emotion that takes the place of joy and anger) in a video game store, and anxiety & insecurity hand in hand somewhere. Knowledge reveals anxiety & insecurity never go anywhere without each other and are always hand in hand. There is still one kenma left though but he hasn’t reached out through texts or anything. Kuroo is upset because so far he hasn’t found love, and with all other groups love was one of the easiest to be found. Because of this, Kuroo starts to doubt if kenma actually loves him. Anxiety & insecurity tell Kuroo to go home and find someone else to find the last emotion, but knowledge edges Kuroo to go to his own house. He starts to go back to his place with knowledge while anxiety & insecurity try to convince him otherwise. He returns to his house and finds the last kenma sleeping on his bed wearing/surrounded by all of his hoodies. Insecurity & anxiety tell them not to wake up the final kenma (not mentioning what emotion he is) but knowledge tells Kuroo to wake this kenma up. When the final kenma wakes up, he doesn’t say anything or introduce himself but crawls onto Kuroo’ lap. Kuroo is confused as this kenma has literally not communicated and Kuroo wants to know what’s going on. Knowledge, anxiety & insecurity reveal that because kenma (as a whole) is so conscious of what people think of him, anxiety and insecurity have kept the final kenma on the sidelines never allowing him to drive or take control. The reason the final kenma hasn’t said anything is because he is so used to watching all the other kenma’s drive that he doesn’t even know how to communicate very well on his own. As this conversation is going on, Kuroo notices the final kenma slowly trying to get closer to Kuroo, sliding under his sweatshirt or running his hands up and down kuroo’s skin. Kuroo realizes that this final kenma is love and that insecurity & anxiety have been holding love back kenma’s whole life. Kuroo says that he doesn’t mind kenma’s anxiety & insecurity but it would be nice to let love drive some because it hurts Kuroo when he thinks that kenma doesn’t love him. Kuroo also says that even if kenma’s love is inexperienced, he loves all of kenma. After more talking, the 3 kenmas agree to try to let love drive more, at least when they’re in private, and they return back to bokuto’s. As they leave, insecurity & anxitety finally stop holding eachother’s hands and each take one of kuroo’s (Kuroo is also carrying love on his back). When they return, before going back to normal, knowledge apologizes saying he was the one driving when kenma split himself, and the only reason he did that was so Kuroo could see love after so many years of love being shut away. When kenma awakes, Kuroo takes him home knowing how little kenma wants to be around people after how long of a day he’s had. As Kuroo puts kenma to bed, kenma asks Kuroo to stay with him and tells Kuroo he loves him.
I’m not going to read this in all of its entirety but I assume it’s a good idea.

I love how you make the emotions help eachother out like how they would irl. Like when love said he would hold back rudeness so insecurity would show more and how insecurity brings out anger and rudeness cuz emotions are connected like that and I just think it’s really cool :0

If Iwaizumi's personalities got split up all I can imagine is him obviously having all the basic emotions like joy, anger, sadness, ect. But with a twist!
Joy: Really positive and likes clinging to Oikawa
Anger: Get's *REALLY* aggressive when someone other than him is with Oikawa
Insecurity: Is constantly worried about Oikawa hating him, making Oikawa sad, losing Oikawa, or Oikawa getting hurt
Bravery/Determination: Is always motivated and tries to practice his spikes so he can get better
Knowledge: A total smartass but memorized all of Oikawa's likes and dislikes
Love: Clings to Oikawa a lot and showers him with affection 24/7 and can get a little pervy but not a lot

What makes me a bit angry is when people hate Oikawa bc of his attitude and how he almost hit tobio, but everyone makes mistakes and behind the prettiest smiles hide the darkest secrets and insecurities.
Imagine if out of nowhere ushijima appears just right before oikawa's emotions come one again and say "you should have come to shiratorizawa" I think this will be the second time anger had ever woken up

I love how you added the variance for the emotions and make it a point to acknowledge that everyone’s core emotions aren’t the same! It was a tiny detail but it really develops the story!
Okay but when Determination said “how else would insecurity help push me forward” I shed just a lil tear 🥺
I have an idea for a daisuga one!
Sugawara noticed how this crystal only seems to cause unnecessary problems, so he tries to get rid of it but accidentally activates it. His emotions would be; 1.Jealousy: representing anger and sadness
2. love: this one is not afraid to come out, and normally no one stops him.
3.sympathy: normally they keep jealousy back and is also around love a lot
4.Anxiety: this mostly represents his fear of losing his friends and His insecurities about being cased aside.
5. Logic: this normally also helps with keeping jealousy back and also represents his knowledge.
6. Laziness: this one is normally sleeping (how ironic) because logic, jealousy, and anxiety tell him to be asleep.
7. Passion: this represents his determination and his protective side. This one also is at his best when playing volleyball.
8. Sas: this obviously represents his somewhat sassy moments but also teams up with jealousy whenever they get passed the others keeping them in the shadows.
9. Embarrassment: this is the emotion that most dwells on the fact a first year is better than him. They also contribute to keeping jealousy away but hides whenever they actually come out because they can’t bare to watch
I can picture when they first spilt jealousy (with sas at his tail) immediately asks where Kageyama is. Jealousy is good at disguising what he is so the others tell him and bring him to Kageyama. This is when jealousy goes OFF at Kageyama along with sas speaking up sometimes. Logic, love, sympathy, and anxiety are trying to get him to stop, but Anxiety wonders away along with Embarrassment. Daichi follows the 2 sugas and asks A) why they wondered away, and B) why jealousy is attacking Kageyama. They both stay silent for a while, until embarrassment speaks up (which surprised anxiety and daichi). They explain why they feel so much hate towards kageyama and why he ran away. He says he is jealous about kageyama and is embarrassed to admit it. He explains how logic and sympathy keep jealousy back because logic thinks it’s unnecessary because Kageyama is in fact better than him, and sympathy keeps him back because he just wants kageyama’s high school volleyball experience to be good and not at all like how theirs turned out. Anxiety speaks up and says he feels like everyone would look down on him for being surpassed by a first year so he always is pushing at passion whenever they are doing something volleyball related, because that way they wouldn’t seem to behind Kageyama. Daichi tells the two emotions that no one would look down on Sugawara for any of that, and says that even if they let anxiety and embarrassment take the wheel he would still love them. Daichi also asks why embarrassment was the first to speaks up and he says that he wants the best for everyone else but he actually felt like he was gonna throw up. They then go back to the gym to find jealous still ranting to kageyama but I’ve run out of ideas at this point so if you do this idea then you get to take the wheel here. Also I imagine that love would be happy to see daichi so I think something would happen there but yeah :)
Edit: i kinda want an emotion for his silly/ jokester side but idk how I could make it interesting so yeah-

i love these split emotions stories. would love to see one with tendou becasuae he is my most favortie and relatable character. i am pretty sure that he will have insanity as one of his emotions and they threaten everyone except ushijima, also in love with arson. oh! or there could be one with ushijima like the pinned comment, idk just an idea that seems nice.

commenting on this video 3 years later makes me realize why insecurity is so shielded especially by anger and determination is a direct telling of oikawa not wanting to let others see his insecurities.
"rudeness tends to gets worse when i get worse" is a line that actually impacted me HAHAHWHJWHQJQJ because it shows when oikawa's insecurities get worse his anger gets worsez bringing out the "worse" side of him
so oikawa puts on the act we know of braveness, and pride, some people even misunderstood him for being a narcissist

@Sky Is sad (sorry this explanation is kinda long and I assume you meant between Iwa and Kawa) The idea was that some girl asked Iwaizumi for help studying and he agreed and Oikawa found out about it and felt jealous and I imagine it was worse because he’s never really had to worry about that before. Iwaizumi knows Oikawa holds in his feelings as shown when he had that whole thing when Kageyama joined the team so he told Oikawa that he should talk about his feelings. So Oikawa expressed his jealousy and Iwaizumi felt like it was unfair and out of place because Oikawa is constantly surrounded by fangirls and also that maybe Kawa didn’t trust him so it turned into an argument because Iwaizumi’s anger and Oikawa’s rudeness kind of took over making both of them more upset. As for when anger was fully awake, it was referring to when Kawa almost lashed out at Kageyama after he asked for help on his serve

This was so good. I’ve often had a feeling that Oikawa would be this way. To me it feels like he’s always putting on a mask to hide his true feelings since he doesn’t want to be a burden. This just made me realize how much I connect with Oikawa. This was so good!
