I got it on sideline swap you cant buy them new easily so you will have to look for auctions but keeping an eye on ebay or sideline swap is a great option and probably your best bet.

A good way to fix that is to take off the neck protector and flip it. That way it’s towards the inside. I did that with mine
I do wear it in games and I don't mind the name but if you don't want it there you can take off the neck protector and flip it.
I have both and I would have to recommend Nike it feels very premium and stops the ball really good
