Man, how cool would it be if Insomniac created an open-world 2099 game that re-visited Miguel’s origins, and combined some of his biggest story-arcs from the 1990’s but slightly improved.
It would be so fun roaming Nueva York with the massive skyscrapers and a downtown filled with crime
I like the irony of how Miguel knows Peter is going to die but prevents it anyway inadvertently setting a "new" timeline. He disrupts a canon event.

So true. Been saying this for like a friggen decade. Hopefully we will with an expansion on O'Hara's story within the Spiderverse movies. Those movies wouldn't even exist if it wasn't for this game series afterall. Even though they did already pay homage to Shattered Dimensions with the team choice of the first movie, idk, i still think it'd be cool though.

Licensing, that's the reason we haven't gotten a remake of this game.
The cast for this game was amazing. The fact they haven’t remastered it for that reason alone is utterly shocking
The reason they don’t remaster it is cause Activision licenses on the spider-man games expired back in 2014 or 15

And to be fair when Peter and Miguel reversed the timelines back to normal that would mean the people who supposedly had died like Doc Ock, Anti Venom or Mj if she wouldn’t have been saved would be back alive as the EOT timelines were deleted from existence.

Spiderman is kind of an idiot in this game, just get tf out of that building and everything will be easier and fine
he could’ve but that’s not how Spider-Man works and definitely isn’t his character. he doesn’t back down and fights for justice and protecting people. no matter the risk he would give his life for other innocent lives and justice
i agree it would be easier but then again Spider-Man wouldn’t do that. he stops criminals and saves people no matter the risk. walker would’ve caused a lot of damage and he and Miguel O’Hara would’ve stopped him without second guessing regardless of their lives
@@jayce6188 yeah but the “spiderman will always try to save and fight criminals no matter what” is just an excuse for game’s plot to exist and run, atleast they shouldnt make him so idiotic with the cheesy lines “you want to control a spiderman go play a video game” and many more, he shouldve been a little bit serious at the start of the game .
