Great detailed video and love your happy attitude, it's a breath of fresh air in the world of backpack reviews! Oh and the velcro strap inside the main pocket is used to secure a water reservoir :)

The Velcro thingy (minute 3:10) is to loop through a water bladder. The water bladder can also sit in the padded laptop sleeve.

2 years you've owned this bag... The velcro tab is to hold a water bladder, it has nothing to do with the laptop sleeve. It's a sternum strap, not a breast strap. I'm not trying to be picky but when you don't know the basics after 2 years it's hard to take your review seriously. Based on pretty images in not entirely confident this is the 20L and instead of the 25L.

Dude take it easy. If I had such a strap and never bothered to use it or know what it's for, I can easily go for years and not care. Saying you can't take her review seriously because of this little unknown is super silly. Everything else she said had no value!?
