Man did I love this movie. What a breathtaking masterpiece, from the visuals, to the superb soundtrack and important life messages. A great depiction of Batman and his tragic, broken, and absolutely terrifying character. As always, tried to do my best to revisit everything from the movie, hope I did good!

This movie was so bad lmao, and the patheitc woke crap spewing all over it, ruining every move and franchise as usuall.. Making Gordon black... Emo long haired batman, black female sooo good major.. And ofc rhe baaad diiirty white man major.. And ofc a black catwoman.. So heroic and even having to save the Batman.. And rhen right before actually d even youtright spewing out f ing "white male privelage" in a dialoge a the reason the city is broken.. Disgusting wanna be living up to the previous 3 Barman movies..

*The Batman* portrayed by Robert Pattinson was a terrific fit. And the collective cast who did their roles splendidly. This is the successor ever since Christian Bale was *The Dark Knight.*

The Batman is a masterpiece, the visuals, soundtrack and the character of Bruce Wayne.
I'm glad you took the time and created this revisiting the greatest moments and feelings.

Soundtrack was lacking for me, personally. I did enjoy the piano and that one grundgy song at the beginning/end of the film, but I found myself comparing the music in 2021's Dune. The sound design in that film was a true masterpiece, with the music and the constant sounds which The Batman could have really benefited from in my humble opinion. In the end, the soundtrack wasn't really able to capture my imagination/inspire/immerse me as much as it could have. However, it's by far the best iteration of Batman since the Dark Knight.

@@sternfaust I disagree. We got tons of great pieces like the Catwoman theme, Riddler's, Batman's, Can't Fight City Halloween, the funeral track, the car chase track. You should definitely try listening to them by yourself. However you are right about Something in the way.

The best thing about this movie was the way they humanized Batman. Right from his eye makeup, the scars on his somewhat frail body, the mental toll it all took on him, it's all so visible and out there. So refreshing to see the behind-the-scenes of being a superhero
Honestly, this movie didn't meet my expectations.
It took them, put them in a rocket and blew them sky high into space! Everything was amazing from the choreography to the lighting to the environment and to top it off, the acting was on point and gripping. Once again, Gotham felt alive, the story felt like there were real stakes, and even though it was a superhero movie it felt real!
Robert Pattinson deserves an oscar, along with the whole cast and the crew. This movie was goddamn amazing.

The way you are able to explain the plot of a 3 hour movie in a way that still makes it feel like a Batman movie is crazy. Amazing work, I’ve loved every video you’ve made and this one is no different!

Incredible, utterly incredible tribute. I've had chills all over watching it and I loved how it represented Bruce/Batman's arc by splitting into 3 sections; Batman's Vengeance, Bruce's sorrow and introspection and Batman finally reborn as a symbol of hope.
Yeah, this was more than just a summary, it was more like a well-paced mini-movie, a trailer beyond trailers that retold the entire story of Bat-Bruce's arc without the side plots.

Fantastic tribute! Matt Reeves gave us a (first) Batman movie I would have never expected, but can't imagine being any different now that I've seen it. I adore that you also fully included the third act, which I've seen get criticized but personally consider to be essential to the movie.

Most people are comparing this movie to other batman movies. They dont get it. This batman movie is just different. Unlike other batman movies, it goes deeper into the batman persona(it's not about what batman does, it is about who and what is the batman). This divided personality between a broken and a traumatized man(bruce wayne), and an entity that represents fear and terror in the minds of criminals(The Batman). This is the best way to portray the batman in my opinion.

OOOHHH MAN! That musical sync right before the cut to the emotional part was spot on(and satisfying as heck!)! And then the actual story of Bruce changing throughout the movie starting with the discussion with Alfred after that is beyond beautiful. Especially with the ending not going out in a Big Bang, but a quiet fade out, indicating a much more hopeful ending. Good job!

I constantly rewatch and show my friends and family your edits for characters they aren’t familiar with because you do such a good job. I describe them to people as mini-movies that give a vast amount of context in a short amount of time.
My favorite thing about your videos though is the way you consistently mess with the sound so that I can hear the music, sound effects, and dialogue all at once without having too turn the volume up or down. Though I tend to listen to your videos with headphones on at max volume lol. Also you’re extremely good at picking songs and certain clips that complement the music.
That means so much! Thank you. I'm glad my efforts of sound mixing have paid off hahah, I spend countless hours optimizing the audio levels to make it comfortable for ears. 🙏

I loved Batman and I've always loved the edits I came forward in youtube but this was something else entirely.
The precision in editing and picking just the specific scenes with the right dialogues, showing the greatness of Robert Pattinson's batman in his monologue and editing your way through the perfect masterpiece, I've never loved anything more than this edit.
