A wheel of 50 mm diameter rolls towards the right on a horizontal floor for half revolution and then on a vertical wall in the upward direction for the remaining half revolution without slipping.     When the circle is in vertical motion, what is the radius of the arc with C5 as centre and so on? Is it equal to the radius of the circle or the distance between C3 and C4?

      Well we just assumed that the wheel would travel upwards after first half revolution.
      You can assume that the wheel would travel downwards after first half revolution and carry out the whole process again. The curve that you will get will be slightly different.
