probably because she is syncing to a studio track, with a few seconds of actual live content. hhhh she doesnt sing in this octaval range anymore her voice matured and this song is well outside her current range. and at 5:55 onwards you can hear her shaky off key aged vocal chords. Not at all the same key or pitch as the song.

The only way to even tell this is being deployed is hearing sort of a doubled-up vocal line which happens only when you drop a note. Which, obviously, won't happen to someone like Celine Dion.
