I've had a Webber 22 kettle for 14 years and no rust at all. I just got new grates and a new slow and sear. Ready for a few more years of grilling on this classic.
Really enjoy your videos Sarge. I am considering either a 26 inch kettle to replace my 22 or purchasing a vertical smoker. Mainly for more volume. What do you think?
Have had a preformer for 10 years thinking a bigger grill might be nice wish they made a 26" preformer but don't we all. How tall it's the 26 to the grate? Just don't want it any shorter then the preformer
0:38 ...Too Funny !! BWahahaha. 😂🤣👍 I've been looking at getting the *_WEBER 22"_* ($250 cad) ... but my misses surprised me with the Walmart special *_Backyard Grill_* ($150 cad). it looks like a Weber in many ways, but isn't... The WEBER 26" sells for over 550 frogskins (tax included) in canada ....🤑 💲dang. The funny thing is ...since I got this Grill , all my Gill tools and Accessories are Weber and Napolean Brand..lol 😂🤣👍 I still got my eye on the Weber, and will have to do some sneak up manuevers and get me one, without the little lady , know about it..LOL 😂🤣👍 *❓❓_QUESTION :_❓❓* do you prefer the 3 legged over the 4 legged kettle Barbq's ?? 6:50 can't forget them Hubcaps ..lol 🤣👍
Jack P I love the 26. Problem with having a lot of grills for the show is deciding what to cook on. I have about 2-3 videos using the 26 but I use it a lot more (off camera) when feeding the family. The 22” is a great kettle but having 40% more space on the 26” is very helpful if you do reverse sear cooking. czcams.com/video/VgJvo-IHcW8/video.html
Weber grills are ok. In 3 years it will rust out and you hopefully learn of the vastly superior pk grill that will outlook it and last as long as u do.

You gonna have some fun with that Big Boy! 👍 If I could have only 1 grill/smoker.....that would be it!
Awesome! Can't wait to try the 26" out!
26 is my go to. Fits a 16lbs Brisket perfect.
Nice! I just picked up a Ranch Kettle. Can't wait to smoke a few briskets at once! LOL

Rusty Lamb I think the grate height is around 3 feet. With the lid it’s 42.3” tall.

Had my 22" Weber out in the elements for 17+ years and very little rust. Use it all the time.! Added the 26" Weber to my grill & smoker lineup.
