He needs to stop freaking out and stay calm because you can make the kid even more scared. I use to have a phobia of people throwing up, but since i have had a kid, im over my phobia and i do occasionally i do tend to freak out a little, but its usually only when we are in the car, but everywhere else im fine to deal with him. If he either starts to whine or tells me he has to throw up, i tell him to run to the bathroom, but if he cant make it to the bathroom and ends up throwing up in the floor or in his bed, which he has dont ever get mad at him, because its not his fault. Im going to start making him sleep on the bottom bunk from now on, because he cant get down off the top fast enough.
