80 percent of the Quran talks
about salah / salat. In short ,
salat is to help poor people
financially or in any way which
is possible for you , doing
    good for humanity, staying
    away from bad deeds, doing
    good deeds , being upright
    honest , righteous, just etc.etc.

Salah means to give zakat and
    to broadcast the message of
    God. Salah / salat doesn't
    mean praying the ritual prayer
( Namaz ), the ritual prayer
    belongs to Zoroastrianism not
Islam , in Islam it's forbidden
    There are absolutely no rituals
in Islam , the Quran forbids
    them but 99 percent people
    don't know.

Hi Bro , looking at the root of "Salat" , wouldnt "adherence" be a better translation ? adherence in the sense of adhering to God's book and laws , rules, commands etc. . I'm not not against "duty" but "adherence "always seemed to me a little better translation closer to the original word.

    • @thelandoflofi
      @thelandoflofi Před 5 měsíci

Hayir Kardesim. The root is linked to the "lower back". The concept means to get "someone's back". Allah and the Malaika do the salat on the nabi = they got his back = they support him with descending means and knowledge.
When you do salat you support someone be it with material means or knowledge.
This is why Salat is logically followed by Zakat
Do salat = support with means and knowledge to arrive to improvement, elevation of yourself and the people you are doing salat upon (Zakat)

    Peace to everyone,
I woulld like to add few words to this video. I respect what you are doing Said Mirza. We have to be very careful when choosing our subject and that we only speak truth. As we will be question for everything especially if we give false statementband others are impacted by it.
I have to say that there is a small group of Samaritan jews in Nablus in Palestine who do perform their prayers in standing, bowing down and prostrating. This is the oldest descendants of Abraham. They font dress like jews but look more like dressed like muslims in todays world do.
I believe that prayer is submission to God where we dedicate our time in the morning before sunrise and after sunset and feom the midday, the middle prayer. Its about opening heart and soul to God in communicating your submission to Him alone, praising Him and Glorifying Him, asking also for guidance and protection.

salaam alaykum brother Mirza! i’m wondering why you call Sunni’s, Shia’s, etc… muslims? As if they are following the way allah prescribed to Ibrahim? When the quran specifically refers to them as mushriks, munafiks, kafirs, etc!? You seem to put them into the same category as the prophets from allah! quran is very clear on what a muslim is (surrendering only to allah without any partner) 2:130-134.
allah tells us quran alone in 17:46 you see how they twist the meanings, but the Arabic is very clear. It seems in today’s time people are calling themselves something they’re not! 5:68

At the 20:30 mark you quoted Q5:6 to support the Sunni/Shiite/Sectarian invention of *woodhoo.*
Please bear in mind that the term *woodhoo* is not found anywhere in the Quran because the Arabic word _"ghoosl"_ is used.
Now, I would like to draw your attention to the beginning part of Q5:6 and analyze the true meaning of the Arabic word *_IDHA_* which is translated as WHEN.
The question to ask is, *WHEN is WHEN?*
Think of it in terms of *cause & effect!*
Which comes first, the chicken or the egg? Or, the cause or the effect?
    Which is the *cause* ?
    a.) "rise up to salat?"
    or
    b.) *ghoosl?*
Now, the word _IDHA_ is used 423 times in the Quran... please check them all to see *WHEN YOU RISE TO SALAT* occurs first before *GHOOSL* or the other way around?
The truth of the Quran is always the opposite to the ritualistic practices of the Sunnis/Shiites/Sectarians.
peace to the world... *there is only one book we must read before we die... The Quran.*

Salamun aleykum brother! I've recently stumbled upon the channel Al Moses PhD, and he translated 5:6 differently from what Sam Gerrans did. It's not a practice of ablution with water/earth/sand but rather a washout of all distracting intentions in order to fully focus. He goes into further details for those interested, please check his channel. I want to ask you how do you translate this process? It is vital to understand it and share the findings. Thank you!

    • @shukriyusof2104
      @shukriyusof2104 Před 4 měsíci +1

@@baysagur Yes, his channel is most definitely highly recommended along with The Truth Matters by Hamza Malik.
      The best process is...
Firstly, find some free time and then free your mind from everything you think you know...
Then open the Quran and read.
Don't even try to find _"words & phrases to fit your invented narratives"_ or some preconceived notions because that would only serve to lead you astray.
Adopt the attitude of LEARNING FROM THE QURAN. As you read the translation, please take note of the Arabic word.
Soon, you will be able to SEE & UNDERSTAND that the Quran is its own dictionary. Every word is explained in detail.
The reason why MOST people cannot understand the Quran is because they have been misled & misguided by those Sunni/Shiite/Sectarian religious scholars. For example, they have been taught that WUDHOO is ablution using water or in dire circumstances earth/dust!
The usual trick is by MISDIRECTION... as in a magic trick! The Sunni/Shiite/Sectarian scholars misdirect you from the main issue to the trivial.
But if you forget everything the Sunni/Shiite/Sectarian scholars have taught you... then the true meaning of the words will be taught to you by Allah Himself.
You will experience the _"Eureka moments"_ each time the truth is revealed to you. Sometimes it is just a simple word, as in this case _"IDHA"_ and sometimes whole verses like these 2:
29:45 *Recite what has been revealed to you of the Book, and SALAH. SALAH restrains indecency and wrongdoing, and enhances the remembrance of God.* God knows all that you do.
29:46 *If you argue with the People of the Book,* then argue only in the kindest way, except with those among them who are unjust, and say, "We believe in what was revealed to us and in what was revealed to you. Our God and your God is one; and we are submissive to Him."
Now... ask your are those 2 verses completely disconnected to each other or are they related?
How is it possible for the people of the scripture to argue with you when the Sunnis/Shiites/Sectarians only recite the Quran back to their Lord in a mosque where non-Sunnis are forbidden from entering?
      _peace to the world_

@shukriyusof2104 thank you for your elaborated reply. I came to the same conclusion while reading the Quran that words in Arabic and their translations have nothing in common, especially when an explanation is given which isn't decreed by God (3:7). I'm quite familiar with that feeling of 'eureka' you've mentioned when I receive answers directly!) Do you read the Quran in chronological order, traditional or without order at all?

    • @shukriyusof2104
      @shukriyusof2104 Před 4 měsíci

      @@baysagur Interesting question!
But all the answers are in the Quran.
Please understand, among other things, the Quran is a book of wisdom.
So, is there a "chronology" of learning wisdom?
      Of course NOT!
Oftentimes, you learn wisdom by taking your life's journey. The path of life.
Learn from your mistakes and _taubah!_
Never attribute piety & righteousness to yourself because ALL HUMANS _(no exceptions)_ are born to make mistakes but only Muslims learn from their mistakes because they have the Quran as guidance & mercy from Allah.
Anyway... please find the time to find a quiet corner and study the Quran.
It is the one book we must read before we die.
