I currently have 3 shorthairs, but have had as many as 7. I breed shorthairs and had 7 when I was really working on my breeding program. They are great dogs, but definitely need training. You guys are doing a great job training Tundra.
Obsessed with the ball we have one the same and our gsp don’t like any other dog having it . Looks like thy get along ok just crazy 😂🥰 thy get over excited ours do tht indoors sometimes 😂I have to stop thm sometimes when they get overexcited otherwise have yr house wrecked 🤣
They get a long pretty well. Mila likes to play fetch with her ball and Tundra likes to chew the ball and doesn’t want to give it back 😂. The house will definitely be a wreck if they’re able to play like this the whole day 🤣. Crazy girls.
I tend to agree; they don’t need to hunt, but they do need to be out in a field to run their energy off and chase some real sniffs. They are not apartment dogs
My wife and I are breeders of German Shorthairrd Pointers ...GSP's. Ours are bred for breed conformation, hunting prowess(nose, pointing, steadiness) calmness and loving personalities for family member dogs. AKC Registration and NAVHDA Registration (North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association) You may choose not to hunt your GSP that's fine, they are exceptional companions and giant lap dogs, but your GSP will hunt, find and point just about any animal. This is what they do and who they are. If you do not have acerage then you must get them out following their nose and running for miles. Our dog's can run/walk along our horses as we ride for 10 to 20 miles...with their GPS collar on we have documented that the dogs will cover at least twice the miles that we and the horses cover! That's 40 miles on a 20 mile ride. They are constantly "on track" hunting. They love it! And they love you for "getting them out".
Those two dogs are having a super good time
They really did 😄
It's a blessing, that you two are young and vibrant, I got my GSP at 63 and he keeps me going, I just adore his nature. Wonderful breed.
Aww Tundra had a play date. You can tell she had a lot of fun. I have that same harness for my male, except in orange. It's his hunting vest. 💜🐾🐾
She had fun and wanted to play more but Mila was too obsessed with the ball 😂. That harness is really cute. ❤️
So much furniture!

That is awesome. We cannot wait to get another GSP. 7 must have been crazy lol.

I love a GSP with a brown head
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
They say Weimaraners are hyper but they have nothing compared to a GSP.
That is so true. GSP's are something else.
Twins!
We do get them mixed up sometimes.
Tip: wear shoes. It doesn't feel good when they are jumping around and one of those paws with claws lands on your foot.
Thank you. We will keep that in mind.
After this visit she was sleeping or not😉?😍😍😍😍😍 Very nice video.👍🏻
After this she tried to help with a little cleaning and then slept like a baby 😂🥰
We dwie to zawsze we dwie a nie sama 😊
😄
I have 3 GWP inside.
😳
Who's your friend Tundra?
Her name is Mila 😄
That's what Tundra needs permanently to alleviate separation anxiety. Cheers Rosemary Perth Western Australia 72yrs

@Jae : It looks like the dogs are not used for hunting!?
I tend to agree; they don’t need to hunt, but they do need to be out in a field to run their energy off and chase some real sniffs. They are not apartment dogs
@Jae I guessed that but I couldn’t say house because ours live in a house. But their environment is outside
