Bank Fishing Lake Jocassee While At Devils Fork State Park Camping

Did some bank fishing on the last day at camp and found two on beds. It’s so much fun and such a satisfying feeling when you get them to bite.

You are good at bass fishing! I actually know exactly where you are. I fished in that little cove in my kayak during Christmas time, but I didn't have any luck. Cool to see someone catching fish where I couldn't!

Just fished jocassee yesterday, hardly any luck though. What bait color and type would you recommend.

If I were to drive down there say tomorrow and fish it….. I would probably throw a magnum spoon and maybe an 8 inch magdraft. Or go extra finesse like I did in this video with a free rig on 4lb test line. That’s just me though. Good luck.
