I have been going to Aldi's more & more then use the grocery store for their sales or things Aldi doesn't have. Yes, all their prices going up but that is everywhere.

Be careful with working out to much it will get to you over time. I have and autoimmune disease x2 and used to workout all the time. It got tome and ended up with fatigue. Your doing good and looking great. 🧡
You can make your own vanilla that taste so much better than the store bought. Plus the ingredients are questionable. You can buy the long real vanilla beans and slice the bean open long ways and put in a mason jar and add vodka to the top. Let sit in your dark cabinet for 6-8 weeks and it will be dark brown and ready. As it gets low you add more vodka. Try it!

Great haul. And I love the long candle piece. I always purchase white, yellow and red onions. I like to use the white onions for when I make Mexican food especially pico de gallo and salsa. I think they have a milder taste than your yellow onions, especially if eaten raw.

I probably bought about eight of those toasted pumpkin marshmallow woodwick candles last yr. It smelled so good but the glass would constantly get the black on it and I had to keep wiping it off.

Eating healthy is expensive and more if you have a condition like muy husband diabetic tyoe 2 our grocery is @ 200 to 260 a week.. we don’t out only on sunday, breakfast , lunch and dinner plus snack is included the key here is to meal planning and grocery list.

Cold brew coffee - well it’s not thrifty at alllllll. What is it? Cold coffee. So how many jugs of cold brew could you actually make from a bag of coffee? (Or even pods) And anyone who tries to tell you it’s specially made for cold are lyin! Don’t get me wrong, I understand having some treats. If this is yours, by alllll means. But it’s EXPENSIVE! Like movie theatre popcorn vs home popcorn expensive.

Such a great haul! Just a quick call out, please be careful about changing fella’s brand of food so often without gradually transitioning him to the new food. If you switch from one brand of dog food to another without transitioning it can cause GI upset.

Try 1yr+ for proper vanilla
Spiced rum is good also. We like to let ours sit for at least 12mo before using. But, it's definitely better than any store bought!!
