For real!!! They should be charged not just monetarily but also legally charged for taking first responders away from being available to other potential people in need.
They don't care, because medical is paid thanks to Obamacare. It's only working people who don't go to the hospital because of big medical copays they can't afford.

My county's sheriff livestreams his Friday night patrols, and he had a guy like this that would follow him around and record stuff. One night, film dude pulled into a gas station, and so did our sheriff. Film dude pulls up to the gas pumps and goes inside. While he's inside, a repo guy came and towed his truck. The sheriff caught it all on his livestream. Hilarious.

The guy shows 6 cases in Franklin County Common Pleas Court, and 50 in Municipal Court. He's a defendant in all but one - a petition against BMV that the Court dismissed as unfounded. I'd like to see a tally of dollars the citizens of Columbus have shelled out for all the officers' time, court time, and Probation Department time spent on this yahoo.
It's amazing how so many ppl in these videos think cuffs are supposed to be comfortable and demand officers accommodate them.

It should be an arrestable offense to be so verbally abusive to law enforcement. I get freedom of speech and all but most of these frauditors out on the streets filming just to get a reaction and to cause chaos cross the line and should be against the law. Absolutely! And technically, a lot of their vile comments actually meet the fighting words doctrine. But some stupid Supreme Court judge, who can put people in jail instantly for 30 days if they swear at them, decided that cops should put up with more abuse than anyone else. So it’s very rare for them to ever get charged for it. It’s horrific the way many of these frauditors behave to cops & public officials. And members of the public now. All in the pursuit of their nasty videos & hope for a big “go away” payday. No one should have to put up with abuse like that. Especially if we expect them to somehow not be affected by it.

I think filming your commission of a crime should increase the severity of the punishment. Publishing or livestreaming it should increase it yet again.

Swearing and rude comments do not meet fighting words doctrine one bit, and there are very few circumstances that fit. Cops hold a great amount of responsibility and they should keep unnecessary violence out of their toolset
