Lets grow Tomatillos and no they are not Tomatoes

Join me as we learn about one of my favorite Salsa's in this video we are talking about the Tomatillo which translates to little Tomatoes but its not a Tomato at at all.
Salsa Verde: 4-6 Tomatillos boiled with a jalapeno and a quarter piece of white onion for about 15 min or until the tomatillo is fully cooked, if over cooked the tomatillo can turn to mush. take all the ingredients and add to a blender use a little of water from the pan they were cooked in, add half a cucumber, 1-2 cloves of garlic, hand full of cilantro, lime juice form half a lime and salt to taste blend well and pour into a container or bowl. I use a pre treated lava rock. and you can add some red or white onion and cilantro chopped as a garnish. hope you try it. and Happy Gardening friends.
