Sir ஆனா prelims clear பண்ண memorize பண்ணிதானே ஆக வேண்டி இருக்கு.
I am too much stressed sir before entering into this exam I heard that dont need to memorize like that அதுநால தான் I chose this path but now prelimns became more and more factual.
I couldn't able to memorize lot

You can apply for UPSC Prelims examination provided you attain the age of 21. You can attend prelims even if you have NOT completed your graduation. But you MUST HAVE completed your graduation by the time you appear for the mains examination.
