This French conversation practice is great for beginners to experience an example of a conversation in French between two strangers. In this conversation, the French speaker uses the formal form of you, "vous". "Tu" is informal and singular, while "vous" is formal and/or plural.

The number one thing that has helped me with french pronouncation is to pretend to be drunk and tired while speaking. It is really helping me relax and not annunciate letters so harshly.

Heres a tip for anyone that finds french pronunciations hard : whenever u try to memorize the words or lines write it on a piece of paper or notepad then whenever u write it always try to listen to how they pronounce it then next to it write the way they pronounce the words then u can memorize it easily .

french is such a beautiful language I just can't keep up with the pronunciations
Here’s a little tip (don’t know if it’ll work for you but it worked for me) write in on a piece of paper/notepad or type it in your phone/tablet and most importantly type the pronunciation for example: *How are you=Comment allez-vous (gommont talléy voo)* and the things on top of the word can tell you of the intonation is going up or down
French is not a beautiful language it's mixtures of a bunch of languages together

As a Filipino, Its Difficult for me/us to speak French. Especially to pronounce letters a,t,r,v,e,i. Our Tounge register in Spanish way of Pronouncation due to Spain's Colonization despite Filipino's cant Speak 100% Spanish but our Languages here have infulence in Spanish. But French is Truly Beautiful and Romantic Language.

This reminds me once at school we were learning French (a long time ago) and we were learning how to say French numbers. My friend volunteered and asked to do it in the grandma voice,the teacher accepted and she was so hilarious some kids fell off their seats laughing, i was one of them and I literally died of laughter

No way this is the softest Quebec accent I've ever heard, it's barely there! It's the closest to "international" French you'll get
Her accent is very soft actually. As a Belgian French speaker, I didn't even realise she had a Canadian accent until the third sentence

@@meowmeow3532 Speak with natives, and be careful of their accent. For exemple, this lady is from Quebec, and has a different accent from a Parisian, who as himself a different accent for someone from Toulouse.

When I was learning english, I couldn't understand americans and some other native english speakers. I started watching hollywood movies, now I can understand most of the accents. Now I am feeling like english accents are far better. Bcz, it's evn more difficult to understand compared to english. If I watch french movies, it might help me improve my french understanding ability
