- Goin to build something a little different today. Gspeed V3 with straight front axle & portal rear.
Gspeed parts: V3 chassis, chassis spacers, lay down servo mount, GMP pan hard mount
Axles: ar44 front with SSD diamond housing, AR45 rear w/TGH with OD gears
Scx10 3 gear trans with Corrupt carbon works FMM

Now my gears are turning for a different axles on one of my builds once the parts come back in stock
One of our buddy in our fb group has done a straight axle up front and a vanquish portal rear on a brazin atl pro chassis and calls it the mullet he’s completed im our comps and man its a impressive truck
Im currently tuning my stock chassis trx4 and im impressed on what it can do very capable truck awesome vids tim 💯💯

I am building a very similar build currently. I did find some reverse cut ring and pinions (from china) to try out so the drive shaft can stay up higher. Hopefully they work out alright otherwise I will do as you did and use the stock gears. Nice Build!
Yea I plan on getting the reverse cut gears whenever I can find them but for now this should work.
@@TRDAdventures I just saw that boom racing has reverse cut ring and pinion gears in stock currently.

😈reaper on ar45s front and trx4 front rear portal with a 2low trans 4ws didn’t need reverse cut gears😈
This combo would if I wasn’t able to flip the front diff.

I have a ssd rear portal. If I get a ssd diamond front axle which side do I put the differential? Thanks for the help Tim.
Where do you get your hardware
Extra hardware from torn down build or I’ll grab a monster bag from KNK and sort them out
Hey Tim, what ring and pinion gear did you use for the front axle?
Stock ar44, I can flip it with the add axle. I was looking for reverse cut gears but all out of stock.

I need your help in building my first lcg rig I'm running ar 44 axles is there any transmission besides the stealth x where i can get front overdrive any suggestions will be greatly appreciated
Yea there is the TGH 2.low, exo alpinest, dlux makes some as well

Why make the video so short. Could of made it longer. Pretty of stuff you left out. Please make the next one more in-depth. Link positioning shock oil pinion angle ex. ..
I’ve done other in depth videos cover most of that. And this was just the main assembly, I’ve still got other videos coming on this build.
Not "mullet"...please!! I hate that term in mountainbiking and it certainly has no place in crawling!
I have the same build right infront of me. Works great...almost unfair to others...lol. I use a portuguese turtle trans and chinese Capra copy axles.
