For anyone who had this pop up on their feed and is wondering the same thing, they were a two-man German pop act from the 80s (athough they reformed in the late 90s before disbanding again in 2003). They sang in English and they had a moderate degree of success. Google up "Cheri, Cheri Lady" - it's a banger and the music video is so very, very eighties.
