Edit Dec 12, 23: As of now, it is no longer to do TA. And it will remain this way due to the discontinuation of NSMRS. While we are deeply saddened about this, this is one of the many legacies left out of this game... Thanks Nova for a really long ride...

On the other hand: To activate the event, have the reactor temperature anywhere between 325 K and 600 K and wait a few minutes. As a bug: You can stroke Velocity to stall LIECR and trigger the event at the same time. (I'm unsure if this still exists or not)
Virtual Paradox said this may be a permanent event, but it's a seasonal one (only in December months)
