2.10mm AllenKey
3. 8mm,10mm,12mm,14mm,16mm & 18mm T Spanners
4.Spark Plug Socket (16mm)
5.Combination Plier
6.Magnet Puller(25.5mm)
7.Choke Cleaner(Having Acetone)
8.Funnel
Setting Air/Fuel Ratio(Carb Tuning)= • 🔧Tuning Carburetor for...
Steps Involved:-
1. Thorough washing & cleaning scooter with soap detergent.
2. Replacing Engine Oil(10W30) 750ml @5000kms
3. Replacing Transmission/Gear Oil(10W30) 120ml @10000kms
4. Replacing Spark Plug @10000kms
5. Replacing Air Filter @5000kms
6. Cleaning Carburetor & Magnet coil unit @5000kms
7. Cleaning & Lubing moving parts @5000kms
8. Adjusting Brakes & Checking air pressure in tyres regularly.
9. Checking all electronic components regularly.
10. Tuning A:F Ratio from carb if needed and adjusting idle RPM.

I always do that since years, scooty, apache and twister, i buy tools for saved money
servicing agencies should learn how to do it.
Really impressive & effective.
But a small advice.... Don't clean magnetic coil with water.
Always use blower and petrol only, otherwise it's insulating properties will loss and you have to change them in later stages...

Some people are advising not to water-wash the engine like you are doing, because if water goes into carburetor it will damage the scooter. Is it true?. Please do a video on what all precautions to take care of while washing the inside like you are doing.

Always clean secondary filter with the help of petrol and do oil it with fresh mobil.

You have not turned the carburetor after meaning and reassembly nor you have checked the race/rpms. Good tuning is easy and simple and greatly affects the pickup and milage of the scooty.

Always remove Gear oil filler bolt before removing drain bolt.
Sometimes it gets jammed and wont come out, and if you drain it you'll be stuck without oil!
