The new Augusta F1R2 PRO digital die-cutter is based on a brand new concept of modularity and backward compatibility, which is expressed in the possibility of configuring the most suitable solution for current manufacturing processes and of evolving the machine based on future needs. It will therefore be possible to implement and update the composition of the machine by dividing the investment over time and adapting one's needs in the development of one's business.
NEW AUTOMATIC BRIDGE UNLOADER
SD responds to market requests by designing a fully automatic system in the unloading phase of the processed sheets which are deposited in a first conveyor bench station and subsequently picked up via an unloading bridge equipped with a suction plate to then be stacked automatically on a pallet (maximum pile height 700 mm).
The unloading of the sheet takes place in total safety and guaranteeing a complete long autonomy of the cutting cell, without being manned, thus reducing the increase in operator costs and guaranteeing a high production capacity with a completely flexible and integrated system.
