When my son reached aged 10 years he was still small and tiny but he was healthy
One day my son told me " one of his friends Dad told my son that " you are short and tiny stature like you Mum..
My son was frustrated at this age
But thanks God I ..I started training my son in keeping fit exercises..and today he is taller than those friends..taller than my husband and is a pilot
