DeusExMachina360, jonrivera's right, learn it in school (a french tutor aside always helps for the first months, to get past probable difficulties), then you can do an exchange with a french family ( truly amazing, you get to visit and party like a true french, not a like a tourist who doesn't know where and what to do), and it's the best way to learn french. i did this when i was younger cause i also adore the language, and i now speak fluently!! so good luck, bon courage!!
