And what you eat. And how it's prepared. Just because you don't eat carbs doesn't mean over eating other things and cooking them in cheese, healthy unhealthy oils, butter, eating process proteins. No vegetables, and if you do not work out, You are just fooling yourself. You might as well keep eating your carbs. No, to put a dapper on anyone, but I was doing that. I was 400 pounds. I am now 230, and it's only one way to really lose weight if you truly want to. Cute out carbs only won't do it.

swiss cheese is the bomb in eggs and if you put the fruit in frozen it keeps your water cold...
