These 2 did have true love. The drug use may have gotten out of hand but that's not what created the chemistry they had. It's not like they spent every waking moment of 14 years smoking. Yes they partied and over did and sometimes it ended in a hook and jab match but when those things happened the drugs and alcohol demon had stepped in and altered the brain function they had no clue what was going on that fog was thick. Had they not gotten so heavy into the addiction they would probably have made it.
