Group 4, yes totally exhausted, feel like I am dying. I find it extremely hard to find joy even though I am awake. I am working on my self everyday, meditation, being love and light for others trying to hold the light. Have always felt the collective's pain.Have done cord cutting ceremony and it left me feeling totally empty for a long time to the point of missing feeling anything and was sorry I did it. Depression most of my life, had victims mentality but no longer since doing the work . I need a good reike person but haven't found anyone here who has helped. Not normally a complainer but am feeling desperate for help NOW. I want so much to ascend and be able to be happy, trying so hard to get there...maybe too hard. Don't know what else to say. I grew up in an extreeemely dysfunctional family, and although I’ve done a sh%t ton of inner work over the years, it’s all up for healing right now. My dad has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, but it’s really the dynamic with my mom (the mother archetype) that’s got me on that stone block. The feelings are so intense, I know I’ve been shutting down energetically to protect myself (and inner child). Thank you for the reminder to offer allll of this to, and request aid from, my spirit team. I already do many of the self are methods suggested, but I’ve not been picking up the pen lately, so…here we go!

Oh gosh pile 4 I am almost crying 😢 I have done so much work in the past but it isn’t enough. I still have the dreams. I’m just so not happy. I had shamanic healing but it was way too expensive too maintain.
I'm sorry and I understand... I've been on an uphill battle journey too for a very long time. Try working on the 7 chakras and lots of self love, and trauma healing which can be done through therapy but also try releasing it physically by yoga and stretching. They have great videos for this on CZcams, as trauma gets trapped in the body too. Remember to also form a connection with nature and let its nurturing elements heal you. Sending love 💖🙏

Group 4: the reading is always so consistent! There is something to release or work through but I’m having the damnedest time trying to get it to be revealed. I am writing journal entries, symbols, prayers and meditation but still nada. I feel like it might be an anger at God or heaven from a previous life but I don’t know why. I chose the turkey feather and the reading helped me a lot. For a few weeks now I have been feeling trapped and limited. Because of the reading I did some reflection on where this feeling of limitation comes from. I figured out that I lived in the wrong mindset. I felt like I had to live up to others expectations and constantly compared myself to others.
Now I sat down with a cup of tea (or more like four ;) ) and really reflected what is going wrong and what I want to change. To help me manifest this new mindset I wrote down some affirmations and manifestations. I feel free and happy now.

I live in the Sacramento area of Northerrn Californis and see flocks of wild turkeys in our area. They are so beautiful. And BIG, especially the males.
So I was definitely pile 3, BUT I was still working on stuff and had the video playing through the beginning of Pile 4 and when you said let me know, my ears started ringing because this was me a couple of months ago and I genuinely didn’t think I would survive the exhaustion nor if I wanted to.
1. If you can - GO TO THE OCEAN AND BUILD A SANDCASTLE. It isn’t just about the meditation, it is about remember to be a kid and rejuvenating the soul with the essence of imaginative magic we all believed as kids but forget as adults.
2. Spend time OUTSIDE. Yes you can argue with me, and I used to argue against it all the time, and I still have moments but 20 minutes out of your day to get outside and walk, sit, listen replenishes the soul in a way meditation simply cannot.
3. Ground yourself in HUMAN activities - cooking, cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, etc. this reminds you when you have been in the higher realms for a long time that you are still in a body that needs rest so your mind and soul don’t create a biofeedback loop of go-go-go energy and create a dangerous burnout. Get grounded by being human.
4. As everyone always says - drink water and sleep. Don’t fight it, flavor it if you have to but your body is mostly water which means when it’s levels drop from what it is accustomed to and this happens easily during channeling, you have to replenish it from the inside out.
5. Take showers with intention. I call on the five elements every time I take a shower. This connects you to the energies, the physical, and the spiritual in an intentional manner of cleansing and rejuvenation.
6. Animals - if you have them, take your dog for a walk, play with or snuggle your cat, go to the petting zoo, anything. Connect with animals. They are innately healing and they are literally like tiny divine therapists in this world.

Pile 4. It's my youngest son. I have been in hermit mode for a long time. I can feel myself refusing to move forward until he can. He's 30 and started displaying psychiatric symptoms that comes through his Dad's side. He has a wife and 4 year old son that he dropped off at her brother's house to come to mine and talk to things not seen or just stare. His personality just flipped. He's in patient drug and mental health across country I'm so exhausted I can hardly stand. His Dad won't leave me alone. I'm afraid of him for good cause. The police won't help me. I am not mobile because he broke my ankle after taking off in my truck and never bringing it back. As dark as it seems, this is by no means my first valley and I know the sun will shine again.
