Fun Fact: In this office building, ground floor is floor 3 or even floor 5. So, floors 1 and 2 are basements! Swedish floor numbering scheme is so weird... They're starting from the lowest basement instead of ground floor. The lowest basement is actually Floor 0 or Floor 1 there. For example, if the Swedish building has 3 basements, the ground floor will have number 3 or 4 here.
It will differ from building to building. The standard is that B is the ground floor and the numbers above starts from there, but I have seen som very weird ones as well.
@ATITANIC1992 yeah, thoose two and the senic´s basement floor doors are the only ones i know... the inside door is special designed to keep the old design it was before the mod. the outside windows are original.

Some have no inner doors and have swing hoistway doors, sometimes with openers
