But I swore I wasn't gonna let our venue just sit there and not scream 😭 we were the loudest one they had. Being at the crowd constantly is tiring. And you won't be a fan of each artist. But I js wish people would scream more. The amount of ppl who literally just stare the whole time and don't scream is kinda insane . You paid 200+ for your ticket and your just standing there?? 😭😭😭
Ugh, hearing Dr ramani talk is like ointment to my wounds. It’s so soothing. I begged for Humility from my ex… I’m not perfect. I make mistakes, I can snap, I can get moody… I can say something that’s not nice. But I always apologise, take accountability, validate their pain, and do better. I go to therapy, I’m not afraid to feel the shame and express my humility. But my ex couldn’t do any of that… he’d never apologise or take responsibility for his part… I could fall to the floor in tears of frustration from not being heard and being blamed and gaslit and he’d just stare at me coldly and say “you’re so unstable” Whenever he was hurt, needed something, or ANYTHING! I’d be there to hold him, love on him, and give all of myself because I loved that man. And that’s how I love… but I couldn’t never even treat my worst enemy the way he treated me. The coldness, the stonewalling, the hot and cold… he would deny any reassurance I needed and invalidate everything…
Leave his ass if you can do so safely. He does NOT deserve your kindness and love. Trust me, there is someone out there that will treat you like the queen you are. This is a reminder that you are worthy just for being a human on this planet, and you deserve all the authentic love that is out there. Please take care of yourself; practice daily meditation, affirmations, BOUNDARIES, and continuing to do the activities that bring you relief and ground you. The fact that you exist is enough of a reason that you to receive respect, compassion, and empathy. Please don’t forget that.
