honestly I think right now Duel Links is the coolest way to play Yu-Gi-Oh not because its easier and not even because a lot stuff in full Yu-Gi-Oh isn't in Duel Links but because Duel Links feels like the number one way to play Yu-Gi-Oh that truly got the most focus on actually making Yu-Gi-Oh feel really fun to play with awesome little touches like actual voice acting great summoning animations when you summon the right monsters with characters that use them and even having characters have different text when they play the cards they usually use no other modern Yu-Gi-Oh property has any of that at all right now ;D

tea was also used to abuse Cyber stein as well, since her skill "life Cost 0" would let you use Cyber Steins extra deck summoning effect for free!!! this meant an easy turn 1 Ojama King. and with duel links only having 3 monster spaces, this would basically be an auto loss for the opponent, unless they had a monster card removal spell in their hand, or a trap card with a similar effect.

Dark-focused OTK strategies - okay, I really just mean Lunalights - can also use Temperance in order to give themselves access to Chaos Dragon Levianeer! Additionally, while it's not as good as when they could just play Battlin' Boxer Veil (also setting up Destiny Draw in the process), the fact that it *doesn't* put the attacker in defense mode, unlike Sphere Kuriboh, is also relevant, considering they need their opponent to have an attack position target for their OTK with Lunalight Crimson Fox and Cat Dancer!

Just wanna add something to the World Legacy Clash. Since this card includes effect that changes atk, it means it is able to activate during damage step. Activate this card during damage step will cause the attacking monster to stop attacking because it loses the damage calculating target, while you can choose another not yet attacked opponent monster and nerf that monster atk significantly to minimize the damage taken from 2 opponent attacks while keeping the banished monster safe. The other reason that this card is great is its ability to reduce the number of monsters on field to create the space for new monsters because of only 3 zones available in DL, such as the returning effect of Berserkion the Electromagna Warrior which requires exactly 3 zones to activate.

Surprised it didn't come up, but one of the biggest reasons World Legacy Clash saw play in duel links is that it is one the few cards that remove the target of an enemy's attack during the damage step. since it modifies atk/def values it can be used during the damage step, and removing the target of an attack during the damage step causes the attack to be pseudo negated. In a game format with no mp2 and where cards like Enemy Controller saw play for similar utility plus being able to stop attack, it makes sense World Legacy Clash would become a splashable disruption/utility card.

Because if you had gauranteed heads remaining, and your opponent flipped head judging. You could safely call heads and gaurantee head judging destroys itself. This along a Ms judge that would attempt to negate the first card activated by flipping 2 coins, you would have a gauranteed negate with a 50-50 monster negate with head judging, and if ms judge survives.
