But she put her on the spot, because he was filming. It was very nice that he wanted to surprise her, but a house is decision that needs to be done very carefully, school district, neighborhood, and so on, and he gave Mama Bee very little time to decide... Hopefully she really liked everything about the house.
I have a feeling that he did all that research himself before landing on that house. And yes, he was filming it, but they make it a point to only release what is good for their family. If she wasn't happy with it, I am sure they would not have posted the video.
