I was 13 years old in 1977 when I saw Star Wars in the Movie theatre, The special effects were ahead of its time. This movie was originally just called Star Wars because George Lucas did not know he would be allowed to make more Star Wars Movies. It was renamed Episode IV after Episode V The Empire Strikes Back was released in 1980.

1. Sir. Alec Guinness/Obi-Wan didn't want the part. Being a Shakespearian actor, he thought the entire idea was silly and was beneath him, but his wife talked him into taking the part.
2. The shrug Chewy gives Luke after he scares the tiny black droid is 🤣
3. These movies were put out in a certain order because there was limited technology and Lucas used and pushed forward the images needed to make a quality product. The best way to watch the is in the order they came out. We had to wait years for the next one. There was no internet where we had access to them whenever we wanted.
4. No need to go into anything after VI. Disney took over and the quality dropped. I realize you have to.
5. The only CGI was put in for the 25th anniversary package in this film are the critters the stormtroopers were riding at the beginning of the search for the robots, a couple of the huge critters outside the pub, the scene with Jabba the Hutt ana a couple minor changes.. Those were put in later after CGI was available. Otherwise, everything is what we had in 1977.
6. Obi-Wan sacrificed himself after he told Vader he would be stronger than ever. He went back into the force. He knows it's Luke's job to take over.
7. The awkwardness in the detention space is because Ford didn't know his lines. It was kept in the movie anyway because it worked.
8. IMVHO the next two are the best of the series. Enjoy

You’ve just taken your first step into a larger world - WELCOME !!
The first good thing is that you decided to watch these movies in their release order (I suggest you don’t let anyone talk you out of that). You have to follow the story itself and when you get to the newer ones just try to ignore the difference in effects - they came out decades later … like I said, just follow the story itself. You decided to react to a great saga, so great that it earned itself its own worldwide celebration day, which is May 4th, that is May the fourth - like in “may the Force (be with you)”. If you’ll follow the story closely, I have the feeling the next reaction videos will be significantly longer. There are lots of surprises in these movies and I am sure you’ll like the saga. As additional proof of what a great saga this is, here you have the best organist in the world deciding to do a cover of Star Wars theme eight years ago:
