Just rode this less than 12 hours ago! All I can say is that this coaster left me speechless. It wasn’t just the usual “butterflies” but the sheer force this throws you into is out of this world.
@@RandomName4765A thanks random name. i hope you’ve accomplished something in life other than being useless in a comment section.
Last night before going to USJ I researchedthis ride and watched countless videos and read the comments. I wanted to ride this but was so scared of roller coasters as I have not ridden many and just remember the physical sensations of the drop feeling that brought so much anxiety and remember absolutely hating that feeling and having to commit to the intensity of the ride once you’re on it. Today I went to USJ, this morning I almost didn’t go to the park altogether bc did not feel ready for this ride and didn’t want it taunting me and feeling stressed to ride the Flying Dragon and Hollywood Dream, both of which I was scared to ride. I did Hollywood Dream first which was a good intro (the key is to scream through the drops and relax your body so your moving with the ride and not resisting, this helps with the physical sensation that many people dislike with roller coasters when there’s a big drop etc) , next I did Hollywood Dream Backdrop(the first ride but going backwards) and was shitting myself before the ride but it turned out not to be as bad/scary as I anticipated and i LOVED it. This helped my confidence in the Flying Dragon which was awesome!! best ride ever! It’s not so much a physical sensation you get from Hollywood Dream/Backdrop but it mentally freaks you out especially when you see how high you are and how steep the way down is. But embrace the ride and the beauty of feeling like you’re flying! The ride IS intense but in a fun way and not an awful way. The part where i was like whoa this is intense physically was when you go backwards into the tunnel towards the end of the ride. But was so worth it and I felt so powerful and accomplished after! 10/10
I am going on this in 2 weeks and feel so similar to you. Wish me luck! I really hope I ride flying dinosaur but at the same time kinda don't want to lol
I would die to see a Flying Dinosaur clone at Islands of Adventure!!
It was rumored that IOA would be getting a flying dino clone but now they're getting a 75mph intamin blitz for 2020.
Universal is always neglecting Hollywood. The only decent attractions we have are the mummy, Jurassic park, and harry potter, and, of course, the studio tour. I get that it's kinda like Disneyland, as in it's more attraction-centered, but it would still be nice to see a decent roller coaster come to the California park.
Ryan Strembicki Flying Dino is so good that it's the only time I'd ask for a B&M clone over an original Intamin blitz 😂
Should be amazing though, any Intamin built in America these days is a blessing
Kw6sTheater I’d love that too. But I think that because Manta is just down the road, that would be weird having two of the same type not far from each other. But then again San Antonio has two Batman clones, so who knows.
My favorite coaster in Japan!! And probably one of the most intense B&M's ever. Great video as always!
I went on this coaster 2 years ago. Probably my first B&M coaster. The thing surpassed all my expectations for ride smoothness and quality.
Bar none, currently the best flying coaster in the world
I’ve ridden this. It’s so fun!! The best roller coaster I’ve been on!
I involuntarily cried on this ride!🤣🤣🤣🤣 This ride is outrageous!
Living less than 30 minutes away from this park is a blessing. Every visit I've made to this park has included a ride on this flying coaster and I enjoy it very much each time. The single rider queue is a necessity though, Fast Pass tickets tend to get gobbled up very quickly at the ticket gates and on busy days the single rider queue can cut a wait time down to roughly 20-30 minutes, rather than 2 hours plus in the main queue.
Those 2 loops are unlike any other feeling its amazing OMG!!!
Quite possibly the best flying coaster in the world. Up there with Sky Scrapper.
ISOLATION OFFICIAL nah I’ve been on both. Maybe the actual layout but tastus height and visuals blow it out the water. Plus it still has the best pretzel loop
Yes please! I would love to see flying coasters in other Universal Parks!
Soooooo intense! The near double zero g roll right into the pretzel loop type inversion was so intense then you get barely any time to recover before you're into the next pretzel loop. Amazing!
best ride hands down, everyone must try this once in lifetime
I loved your GCI video and this video too.I hope u upload a lot of these in 2019.Almost 30 k.Happy holidays Harry happy 2019!
Awesome to hear, thank you! There will be plenty more videos in 2019 don't worry! You have a great holiday season and new year too :)
Rode this back in August. It was amazing. The park itself was great too!
That 540 degree roll looks crazy.
It’s also good to see a B&M flyer at a park that will actually use both stations.
Wow, I've never heard of this ride before but it looks epic! Particularly that pretzel loop through the tunnel.
It’s the best we’ve been there last week
I’ll never forget USJ because of that ride
The best coaster ever 👆🏻
I went on it yesterday. The first drop is scaryyyyyyy! You fly towards the ground head first! CRAZY!
I want more flying rides.
I really wanted to see these rides on your you tube channel! You did it Yay!
More flying coasters around the world would be very good. I'm glad you enjoyed this video! :)
It's so graceful!
Similar to Tatsu at SFMM, but even better! My favorite coaster I've ridden to this date.
Boi flying coasters are da best, every park in the world needs one.
I love B&M flyers (Vekomas, not so much). Having ridden a handful, I'd say that the best ones are built over something, so riders have something to look at on the ground and possibly interact with, instead of just an empty grass field (looking at you, Six Flags Great Adventure). I'm normally not a huge fan of tunnels, but a tunnel on the pretzel loop is genius. I'm sorry I'll be unlikely to make it to Japan to ride this, so I'll have to hope they build one like it in the U.S.
I couldn't agree more! Interaction is a great thing on any roller coaster :)
Ride Tatsu at Six Flags Magic Mountain. It travels through the mountainous terrain and features better elements than the Superman Ultimate flights including a better pretzel loop towards the end
I've ridden Tatsu, but not since 2007. Although I like them all, the Superman clones are the least of the ones I've ridden, and Great Adventure's is the least of the Superman clones. I think I give Manta a slight edge on Tatsu, but that may just be because it's been so long since I've been to Magic Mountain.
definitely the best ride !!
I've at least been on this ride 5 times now. It's an amazing ride! Definitely worth the queue!
@@didoking6123 Yeah, at peak time, the queue is that LONG. Better off buying an express pass. haha
The train is very nice and detailed
From what I've heard it's not only the longest but also the tallest and fastest flying coaster. It'd be a good addition to Cedar Point the doesn't yet have one.
Получил огромное удовольствие в вечернее время! Весь парк был освещен огоньками - красота
Only B&M flyer I’ve ridden is Manta at Sea World Orlando
THE PRETZEL LOOP IS INSANELY INTENSE!
I recently rode tatzu at magic mountain and that gigantic pretzel was just insane!
Tatsu at Six Flags Magic Mountain pretzel loop is one of a kind 😬😂! I'll probably NEVER ride it again!
Rode this 2 weeks ago from my trip in Japan as our first ride of the day 😂. We didn't expect the ride to be that intense especially the loop into through tunnel. Such a great ride though!
Best ride I experienced in my Japan trip
I rode it before with my friends and it was so much fun!!
I'd love to see one of these at IOA in the near future.
what is the music? the video combined with the music right around the pretzel loop part is so well done it gives me chills!
I really want to go and ride the flying dinosaur so badly! I’ve never ridden a flying coaster before!
The flying dinosaur soon won’t be the longest flying coaster anymore though, phantasialand in Brühl, Germany will open a flying coaster in 2019 or 2020 and it will be the first launched flying coaster and the longest flying coaster.
Love your videos!
been there, done that today, i was pale the whole ride. a must visit in USJ though
I think you should have mentioned the log queues that this coaster have (sometimes more than 5h) Btw, great video :) I love flying dinosaur. I rode it over 10 times when I was in japan and it is INSANE
It’s all about the single rider queue for this one. The unusual loose articles instructions card thing that they hand out in the queue and then take back later in the queue was probably worth a mention.
I've always loved the idea of one day being able to experience this coaster and would love to see a version of it in Orlando. However, I would prefer a version that was more 'to the side' in its own area, rather than having it weave around and over the area as it does now. This might just be me, but I've always found that Flying Dinosaur makes the area look cluttered. If it was swooping through a jungle or over a pond, it would look breathtaking. That being said, the current version does look stunning and I imagine there would be some epic guest interactions as it flies over the path.
I think it's great when rides interact with pathways. That way they are more interesting to guests who aren't riding! :)
@@coasterbot I agree with that, for sure! Looking back on it, my problem isn't actually that it goes over the path, it's that all the nets over the paths make the area look cluttered. Obviously, the nets are necessary and you can't not have them, but I think it would look better visually and allow for a better immersion in the Jurassic Park theme without them.
Flying coasters, gigas and RMCs are the things the world needs
89 MILLION USD??????? WHAAAAT???? WOOW THAT IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE B&M COASTER I'VE HEARD BE BUILT :O
what is the music in the video? (the cinematic music used with the description of the ride layout
What is: my theme park knowledge without coaster bot?
Ok people please tell me how he makes his videos so awesome???
Oh wait... he’s awesome!
Can someone please take the Pterosaur Gliders out of Orlando and replace them with this 😂😂
This was my first "real" coaster ride. Before that, all I did was stuff like Wilde Mouse or Family coasters. I'm not gonna lie, I had my eyes closed for most of the ride but I would definitely do it again.
B&M and launches... two things you didn’t expect to go together like fries and a milkshake but when they actually combined everybody’s minds got blown. Imagine a launched flying coaster like Tatsu with an LSM at the beginning 😧
10 billion yen?! is that thing made out of gold?
pittamaniak ! Yen are not the same as dollars, not all currency has the same value.
@@mrbananies8675 yeah but 60-70 million for some extra supports? thats a bit much. or i just interpreted is wrongly and its the price for the whole area.
HARRY: Says Tatsu’s the only flying coaster with a 0G roll
ALSO HARRY: Mentions Flying Dino has a 0G roll
Better than Tatsu? By looking at it, I'd say yes!
I wish Universal Studios Hollywood got one but its too land locked 😭
I rode that, the whole ride thinking "is the ticket to the locker to my bag with my phone still in my pocket?"
i played already it's very fun
Wow that is an expensive coaster. Looks like a good ride though! Bucket list coaster for sure.
Hopefully this ride will help fix my back pain.
Cooooool
I'm someone who has never been on a coaster, I'm terrified as I'm only a small 4"11 girl about 120lbs and I always get paranoid I'll fall off or something lol... I'm mostly scared of the idea of looptyloops and steep drops.. but my partner and I are going to universal Japan in March and I don't want to let him down not going on anything. Would this ride be recommended for newbies or not really lol
Harry talks further about Asian rides? I need to watch
@Џарог Шаџе Couldn't agree more! I really want to cover more Asia in my future videos
I’ve been on it twice and it was amazing! My wife, unfortunately, got nauseous.
Best ride....
lol why is universal studios hollywood the only one with lame rides 😂 it would be amazing just to get a real rollercoaster there. anyways great vid :)
A Hollywood Dream clone by the name of USO’s Rip Ride Rockit would be cool
This was the longest line i have experienced i was standing for 2 hours
You think thats bad? I was standing there for about 3 hours! Like 185 mins!
Please do what is gigacoaster
I wish when we got there there is no much line 40mins would do because usj is super big and i wish to have a lot more time to explore than line waiting
Wow this ride looks cool! I'm not usually a fan of flying coasters
I have only been on one flying coaster and it was good but I think this one looks a bit better.
This is much better than Tatsu or Manta.
When you go through those loops when you are on your back- so intense. I automatically had to grit my teeth for both of them
This ride was closed when I went to Universal :( We'd gone to Osaka and decided to spend a day at Universal when we found out it was there. Still disappointing lol.
But I'm planning to return so making sure this is open will be very important
@@michellesantiago8418 I've checked the opening times for when I'm planning to go and it'll be open then :) I'm pumped. I love flying coasters.
Universal Japan is so lucky, they get a badass looking flying coaster
meanwhile the US' pterasaur coaster: a dinky kids only suspended ride
3:24 uh... YES!!!
I don't know why people think that Universal Orlando is getting a launched coaster themed after Jurasic Park. It probaly a ride similar to it
We are live streaming on Saturday 22nd December for 6 hours straight! For more details, head here: czcams.com/video/tLiwjKZfRgU/video.html
COASTER BOT Great video harry
Thank you! :)
Wow
