ugh this deserves a million more views. one of the best pieces i've ever seen. incredible choreography, dancers and videography. Tessandra Chavez has my freakin heart.
I love that the intensity of the two dancers is so... equal! Like, sometimes you see dances where one person is so much more emotive than the other and they're kind of carrying the whole thing. It can be a bit jarring, can take you out of the moment a little - but here they're so perfectly in sync with each other and the emotion that they're conveying, that they just... lift each other up and the whole thing takes on a life of its own. Beautiful to watch.
Long story short, I believe the story of these two individuals. For me, that is the ultimate testament to the choreography, dancers and cinematography of this clip @Tim Milgram xo.

I'm so, so, SO happy you made this. This is one of my favorite James Bay songs and this whole video suits it perfectly and ahhhh :) it just makes me so happy.

i swear i replayed this video 5 times!!! i cried watching 😭 It reminds me of my relationship with my daughter...i use to hold her down ... but now i feel like im losing it with the 💩 of this life and the overwhelming stress... i don't have it easy like most do... now im not going to put my buisness out there but i sacrifice so much and o feel like im sacrificing too much to where im losing control and it affects my relationship with my baby girl... but then i notice she holds me down too and reminds me without even telling me, that we're a team! Watching this beautiful dance reminded me that life will always be up and down, but having that strength in your relationship where you are ONE, instead of two breathes life into your existance. I love it! Thank you for this revelation dance! 😍💕💖💕

i cant get enough of this video, regardless of the number of times i watch it its still able to elicit emotions. the choreography is perfect for the song and the dancers are as great. it feels like a movies portraying their relationship and life all in one video. thank you very much it really is a piece of perfection.

Being able to grow and change, together, in a relationship, is such a beautiful thing. Respecting that each of your are individuals, with your own wants dreams desires fears. And allowing one another to change. Appreciating the beauty of a flower, rather than picking it and keeping it locked up, and having it die.
Remember we are each our own people, and should do our best to let one another grow and change freely.
