Im in love with the way Matty just talks and lives, but everything he does looks so brutally beautiful. He is just so honest and forthright. Without making it weird, he just is himself in the most unique and unexplainable way. It's fascinating.

I get so protective when people call Matty a wanker or full of his self cause when you really listen to what he says and what his lyrics mean you realise he's nothing like that perception they've all created for him. He's such a lovely person and what he has to say means so much to me and me and so many other people connect to it so much. Totally agree with the whole if I believe you thing, has to be one of my favourite parts of the show!!
OK, the fact that Matty mentioned The Blue Nile in this interview makes me love & respect him even more. The Blue Nile were one of the first bands I started listening to way back when & I love them!
