From America also. I grew up around NoI. I wanted to be Muslim since 1990 but they would not allow me because I was white. Alhamdulilah I took my Shads this year. I hope I can reach more of our brothers in the NoI to bring them to real Islam

Why worry about Muslims who confesses the Kalima Shahada, and is not sinning? Fighting your brothers is a horrible sin. This actions go on daily in the Muslim world. The true followers of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad pray fives times a day, give charity, believe in All the prophets scriptures, believe in the judgment, fasts- fast better than the whole Muslim world put together. I mean truly one meal day, not waking up in the middle of night to practice gluttony. One meal means a one meal. A 48 or 72 hour fast is common practice with the Honorable Elijah Muhammad followers. Fasting is not just for Ramadan with the followers of Honorable Elijah Muhammad. So, we as Muslims, should respect one another, and let Allah handle our bretheren who differs a bit.

ALLAH(swt) is not a human. If you have a hard time believing then start reading. Its a good thing. Stop the fight. Be upright and dont follow the world with the wrong attitude of religion. This family member was being horribly misguided.
I just couldn’t ever understand the obsession with Elijah Muhammad and now Farrakhan and the segregation that they wanted us to adhere to in America while we where around all different nationalities every single day.
It was ridiculous I never could fall for it. And because I didn’t believe what I was being told it caused problems in our relationship.
It took 2 decades to repair. Alhamdulillah my family member did take Shahada and still struggles to completely stay away from the group because they spent years building those relationships. May Allah guide them.
It took me some time to get all of that out of my head. I went to many churches trying to find my way. I thought if that’s Islam I want no parts of it.
So I stayed away from masjids. Until one Ramadan I went to a lecture and everything just snapped into place.
I took Shahada in 2017 Alhamdulillah than got married to an amazing Muslim man the story just keeps gets better.
Alhamdulillah We thank Allah.

I have to speak as a brother who grew up in the nation. People need to understand The nation split in two, some brothers listened to brother Wallace Deen Muhammad (may ALLAH swt be pleased with him) he instructed my generation to study the Quran, and he informed us about the foolishness of racism and the sins of his father. Please brothers don’t give up on brothers that say they represent the nation. There may have been some ridiculous claims by former leaders but don’t forget, we all have the Quran theres no way you can study this and remain ignorant.

Why, as an atheist, in my interview with a Muslim, do I stop him when he tells me that there must be a Creator and Maker? Because he is the owner of a religion and invokes divine arguments!! Because divinity is someone who believes in the existence of a creator or maker of the universe, and not a god who has descriptions, names, and awareness like a human being. .

God is something out of nothing (coincidence, non-existence...) without a beginning.. without a reason!! how ? There is no Islamic answer to this at all except for the personal opinions of the sheikhs. Contrary to what they claim, his entire book (the Qur'an) contains serious scientific errors. I start it from the flat and solid earth, and the sun goes around the earth and sets under the throne of God. The Merciful and sitting in the mud of the eye is the calamity of the earth in front of the stars....as well as the logical errors and moral calamities in the Qur'an.
Because of the moral argument, not accepting a human claim without evidence, especially since his claim is contrary to science, physics and logic like Islam, so it is necessary morally, logically and scientifically to avoid Islam as a true and correct religion. 👌
Among the evidence is the Muslim's god and his superstitions! It is controlled by time and space, in contrast to what Muslims say that it came out of time and space, because it simply descends to the heavens of the world every night (Quran + authentic hadith), that is, in space-time, that is, it is subject to the laws of time and space because God descends! Alhamdulillah!!! I never was seduced by the NOI (though not for then not trying, LOL). I was just ahead of the curve I guess by going directly to their mission statement that explained how "Allah (swt) came in person of..." To me that was no different than the Xtians' beliefs about Isa as. But when I read about the spaceship and lab parts I fully noped out forever. Alhamdulillah for Islam.....
What happened at that time I was driven on the revolution part and being through the racist I suffer as a black man like Muhammad Ali went through, I was on broad at that time. However like you said brother, ALLAH bless me with seeing and questioning what's the difference between them and the Christians. ALHAMDULLAH then ALLAH bless me with meeting a Muslim brother by the name of Umar who took me into the Qu'aan that refuted everything that they teaches.

The only real messiah was hon. mirza ghulam ahmed qadiyani who came in 19th century India and founded Islam ahmediyya. Elijah came in 20th century and blatantly copied our hon' mirza qadiyani.
