Error code 28: Short circuit of motor control MOS upper bridge
Action: Replace motherboard.
Error code 29: Short circuit of motor control MOS lower bridge
Action: Replace motherboard.
You can buy some mother boards online you have to open up the bottom of the scooter. I think there are 12 screws

Error Code 35: Invalid device serial number
Solution: Identify the motherboard with the scooter's serial number (Essential/1S/Pro2 can use the Xiaoflasher app to pair serial numbers).
What does basically means is that your serial number on your scooter has gone wrong

Hello thank you for contacting there is no error one on a xiaomi scooter If you are looking at error 10 The motherboard and communication are loose

If you are looking at a different scooter the scooter video is only for xiaomi scooters there might be a copycat one and if it says E1 that it is a copycat replica of a xiaomi scooter

okay after a little bit of researching I found out that E1 error on your electric scooter means that the motor has been damaged or broken you will need to replace the whole entire Motor

Thanks for the info I observed like 1 week ago I never heard a sound e1 coz last time I do reset its happens I do long ride maybe motor of my scooter was overheated let's if facing some same issue if necessary need to change battery
