So. Monochromatic Sans. I give this a 9/10, at an A-Rank. Why?
Starting with pluses, all of the horror aspects are there, from the red typing screens to the Celebi animations. Speaking of, it seems that Celebi was replaced by a meme. I much prefer that over the Celebi because… Well, you don’t need me to say why. As for Sans himself, he’s really well done. From the monochromatic colors down to the blood and slash mark on his ribs, almost everything was in perfect order. Except you missed a perfect opportunity to put Horror!Sans in there and not the normal Sans, but I’ll leave that aside for the scream sections are way scarier than need be. Perfect touch, but you couldn’t have used so many teeth, but instead make it so that we can see his hands trying to reach out from his mouth, similar to that of Sonic.EXE from his mod going under the same name (VS Sonic.EXE). Also, the blue eye. Nobody forgets the blue eye.
Those alone make the characters, but what breaks them? Well…
There are some downsides to this that were missed opportunities for references and cameos. For instance, you could have made the crying head Papyrus (deceased) or Chara (Melting Face). Those would have been better as the song would fit it way better than the meme. As for Sand himself, there’s not really much to say other than…
…Why is there no dust? Why is there no skull cracks? I’ll tell you why. They were missed opportunities. The dust referencing Sans’ fading to dust as we experience in Undertale, but we don’t see it because he walks off screen before finally dusting away, capping off our LV, or you can reference Dust!Sans, but that wouldn’t make much sense given the context of the song. As for the crack, that could be done to reference either Horror!Sans, or to add some extra damage post-fight. A few note recommendations, such as DOWN and RIGHT, can be made as well, for DOWN, you could have done Sans using his psychokinesis to pick up Papyrus’ scarf or Sans’ own shattered SOUL. As for RIGHT, you could have done Sans screaming for help. LEFT could have been, and hear me out on this one, Sans shining his blue eye, but it’s a bit smaller and not as bright due to damage. And as for UP, well that can be done by what I mentioned earlier about his hands coming from his mouth. A lot of other recommendations can come from this, but they’re only ideas.
And with all of that out of my system, I think 9/10 suits this cover well. Almost had me with the crying emoji, but that’s easily overshadowed (no pun intended) by Sans himself in a good way, as he’s the main event we’re all here for. Anyway, fantastic work!
Edit, I didn’t read the pinned comment until just now, so you can disregard my comments about Sans’ appearance if you wish. Also, for the Unown text, you can make it into a Comic Sans font to fit the character. Wingdings aren’t easy to translate, so this makes much more sense.

Addressing all the comments about sans having meat on his arms even though he’s a skeleton, I did that because I wanted to make it as accurate to the original monochrome, and it just wouldn’t look right without the meat

These are the things you should fix: 1. When sans does the left and right pose, his wound on his chest is gone.
2. He doesn’t have muscles so instead of muscles just make it hanging down
3. Instead of the unknowns, he should do WingDings
Overall the vocals are really good and I love this!

wingdings would be too difficult from a gameplay perspective, esspecially since i still have to do the typing mechanic even with botplay on. sans having the "meat' (which is what i assume you meant by muscles) at the where his limbs are cut off is a conscious decision made by me to make it look more like the original monochrome, and the wound missing is just a mistake i made because i wasn't paying attention.
I've said all this in other comments before, maybe try and look for some of my other comments before saying stuff like this, it's all been answered before
I wouldn't be surprised if someone makes a new au thanks to this video

Killer Sans isn’t actually in control of his own body. Chara is in control, and Sans is lost wandering a dark void. A fate worse than what would have happened if he said no to the deal.
