    nice video, I have a question, when is it recommended to calculate the WIP? For example, at the end of the work shift, at a fixed time, when the process is stable? greetings

    Sir, I wanted to ask that hiw u take the inventory?? Fir example...if between process station 1 and station 2 there is 180 bottles per minute and the line runs for 20 hrs .And daily demand is 2 lakh around.THEN HOW U CALCULATE LEAD TIME,IS IT 180/2LKH OR 180*20HRS/ 2 LAKH.???
