22:08 in nami commercial she opened her umbrella before the raining starts which is hint to exceptional ability to predict weather, while others just stand and gets wet because, yeah it was freaking sunny just a moment ago.
"This would be the final One Piece ramen commercial" is a line I never knew I would hear and cry about
I think the picture for nami commercial is the Story Arcs in order. Drum Island, Arabasta, Sky Island, Water 7, Sabaody Archipelago and Fish-Man Island.

4:55 In between loos like some Marine is in between but I can figure him out.
4:58 Looks like Cabaji, from the Buggy Pirates.
9:00 Hacchi, Das Bonez, Vista, and Shiryu.
10:45 Could that be Viola between Sugar and Baby-5?
11:23 Might be a stretch, but is that a swimming pool with the Polar Tang in it?
15:55 Might also be a reference to the Knockup Stream from Skypiea.
28:45 The scuffle is also a reference to the scuffle they had in Arlong Park.
29:15 It's Buggy's feet, the statue reappears in Vivi's commercial.
33:57 Zoro's pose is a reference to his crucifixion by Helmeppo at the beginning of the series.
39:17 The 398 price is also a reference to chapter 398 "Declaration of War", the chapter Robin's scene is referencing.
41:10 He's not holding numbers, he acts as the man counting scores in a sports match (probably some 1 on 1 match like in badminton, but it could be a team game like basketball). The scores represent Luffy's (56 - Gomu) and Blackbeard's (83 - Yami) Devil Fruits.

Might be, but Law was there too. So not sure if him being there has anything to do with the numbers. But if not, then it does make sense, since Luffy and Blackbeard met at impel down.

I just found your videos, and this was a great overall compilation that really encompasses all of the references that fly over our heads in the span of thirty seconds, I loved it! I don't know if anyone has pointed it out yet, but the doll you couldn't identify at @53:20 is actually a caricature of the artist who collabed with Oda for this whole commercial series, Eisaku Kubunouchi!

Marineford commercial they are playing a game where two team eliminate each other by remove their sash. White beard team is wearing white sash and marine wearing red sash. You see the sash are gone when ace and whitebeard are eliminate.

in the nami commercial the very white poster is a view of the tribial village on sky island and in 5:02 the dessert painting is probably Alabasta dessert at night, im only basing on the very natural rock formations and the fact it look like a view from when the crew went through the dessert.

Nope, those three are more probably the Revolutionary leaders: Kuma in the front with long and wavy dark hair and his white bucket hat, Ivankov with his purple afro on Luffy's left, and Dragon with long and straight black hair on Luffy's right.
49:35 Kanji under Destination 「鳥取」is Tottori which is a prefecture in Japan and it is famous for its sand dunes (Arabasta). The destination part refers to the adventure Straw-hat takes to get to 鳥取 (Arabasta)
