Sir diamond ka perfect measurements proportion like it's crown angle, pavillion angle ,table percentage, depth etc kyo hogi jisme light reflect maximum ho. I want to ask .three diamond hai. Ek swallow crown hai, ek deep pavillion ka hai, ek steep crown pavillion ka hai. Toh mujhe yeh sab measurements proportion se hi pata chalega naa. Ideal diamond jisme light reflect maximum ho uska crown angle, pavillion angle, table height kya hogi. Jisko dekh ke samaj saku yeh ideal diamond hai . Aur baaki ka measurements ideal se compare kerke bol saku yeh swallow croy hai . Over weight hai

I sell one fracture filled diamond I didn’t know it was fractured and I got the payment and I also give the front guy from whom I purchased that but when customer make IGI then he got the result of fracture filled. Now he want refund and claim it fake diamond not original diamond . I sell this very cheap price for money now what i do and how can I refund him I can’t understand.!
1.00 ct Princess in 465$ only I sold but he claiming now refund .
Please suggest me what should I do .?
