It depends on your instructor. But usually it's as follows; pull up in a str8 line, bk up str back, pull up pan left (going backwards) pull up pan right (going backwards) pull up alley dump, parallel parking both directions then around the cones.
2:10 on driver's right rear corner---ENCROACHMENT! The tip of the tail on that side crossed the line formed by the base of the cones. When I was in CDL training, I got dinged for an encroachment on exactly that!
