Двойные чувства. С одной стороны - очень трудолюбивые люди не жалеющие своего здоровья и сил, вызывают уважение к ним. С другой стороны - полная антисанитария, крайне вредные и опасные условия труда. Никакой страховки здоровья и труда. Работа в плавильных цехах в сандалях, сварка и покраска без масок и респираторов. Нет даже спецодежды. Каменный век. Ужас!

What we owe these guys, we just take so much for granted, i remember doing this, just shifting not schredding perspex at a plant near bury st edmunds in the 70’s sacks weighing 50 to 120 kgs, i’m sure it didn’t do me back much good anything above 80 was a struggle.

Они всё красят, чтоб блестело и было ярко, это там самый главный критерий. На машинах навешано столько, что по весу до трети может доходить, один бампер передний с цепями сколько весит.
Вот объясните мне одно, товарищи. Пакистанцы делают коленвалы, картеры двигателей из всякого говна, но при этом всё отлично работает как часы, а наш голимый автоваз банально не может на заводе освоить правильно проточку плоскостей, а про качество отливки вообще молчу. Как так??? Мне кажется пакистанцы в своих мелких мастерских вазовский движок качественней сделает, чем завод
