You can play because i have another rig with a gt 705 card it works fine on lower settings. But i would buy a gt1030 or a gtx1050ti.

You have to do this in settings: prees the button: auto set and click apply. Now it Will be better but still not so good...

the processor does not help but the ram yes, I recommend that you have an i5 with a 1030 ti to run the game with medium graphics or an i7 although it is more expensive and you should have 8gb ram although it is the same but with that processor you cannot run that game

I have windows 7. Also, you should try to turn down the internal resolution to maybe 15% I guess.
External resolution should be liek 420 and the internal should be about 15%

Your hd 610 leeches its vram off your RAM whereas a dedicated GPU would use the one it has and leave your ram alone, dont spread misinformation.

Z2K 1 You do NEED 8gb for fortnite to be playable because it lags if only have 4gb ram I tried it my self I bought an HD 6850 a week ago and it worked perfectly than I uninstalled 4gb so I only had 4gb ram installed. AND GUESS WHAT it *lagged* and therefor it was unplayable because if you get lags in games such as fortnite it unplayable.
Oh and btw I said u need 8 gigs for fortnite I said so because the boy (girl?) in the video was using an igpu just like I do ...
